SCAD Gramodhaya Institute, a non-governmental voluntary organization, had its genesis in 1985. SCAD is committed itself to bring about social change and development in the most backward villages of Tirunelveli and Tuticorin districts in TamilNadu. Over the years, SCAD has been operating in more than 300 villages and hopeful of reaching more of the unreached.
